- Ocean Heat Exchanger – Brentwood College
Designed and installed a large ocean heat exchanger (Brentwood, British Columbia) for Brentwood College’s new student services building which houses the kitchen for the dining hall, laundry services, various offices and the school store. The heat exchanger was designed to include the theatre loop and is large enough to heat and cool the building and to provide it with all required hot water. - GeoExchange Fruit Processing and Fruit Storage facility – Gebber’s Farms
Designed and constructed the world’s first (according to Gebber’s farms) GeoExchange Fruit Processing and Fruit Storage facility (Brewster, Washington) for Gebber’s Farms – eliminating corrosive and dangerous refrigerants as well as capturing waste heat from multiple sources for transfer and use in other heating applications. Water Treatment was also enhanced to fully recycle both the heat and the water used in the facility.
